The symposium promotes the integration of glycoscience with food and nutrition research through international exchange and collaboration.
It explores the structure, function, biosynthesis and bioconversion of food-derived glycans, as well as the interplay between nutrition and protein glycosylation in vivo.
No registration fee is charged for this symposium.
